The techniques I use are so diverse that I can still perform the session even when there are contraindications to classic massage. However, it's crucial to inform me about any existing diseases, body dysfunctions, or medications before the procedure. This information ensures your safety and enables the selection of appropriate techniques.
Please pay attention to specific conditions, including menstruation, pregnancy, hypertension, body temperature exceeding 39 degrees Celsius, varicose veins, vein inflammation, infectious diseases, hematoma, or the risk of bleeding. Additionally, there are general contraindications for individuals with cancer, severe injuries, and during menstruation. Your well-being is a priority, and providing this information allows for a tailored and safe experience.
How to prepare?
This is a dry session, without the use of oils. Please remember to:
Wear loose, comfortable clothes, including long pants or leggings, and thin socks. Leave your jewelry at home.
Avoid overeating before the session, ideally abstain from eating for at least 2 hours prior.
Turn off your phone.
Before the session, cultivate a positive attitude, but keep expectations in check.
