A path through movement, awareness and bodywork

My name is Slawomir Kuchta vel Slav. My work with the body developed over years of exploring movement, breath, and internal balance. Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong have been central influences, teaching how tension dissolves, breathing deepens, and the body returns to a natural state of balance. These principles continue to shape my approach to bodywork.

Before dedicating myself fully to this work, I spent many years in demanding professional environments — from business leadership to working as a yacht captain. These experiences gave me insight into how modern life and responsibility accumulate in the body over time.

Today, I help people release chronic tension, improve mobility, and restore a calmer nervous system. My sessions draw on Osteothai, traditional Thai bodywork, and somatic techniques, supporting the body’s natural capacity for self-regulation and recovery.

A key part of my professional development is my ongoing education at the Institut für angewandte Osteopathie (IFAO) in Germany, deepening my understanding of anatomy, palpation, and how structure, movement, and the nervous system interact.
