ABOUT
A path through movement, breath and bodywork since 2019
My name is Sławomir Kuchta — Slav for short. I've been practicing and studying bodywork since 2019, accumulating over 500 hours of training across Thai bodywork, Shiatsu, Osteothai, and energy-based approaches rooted in the Jivaka tradition.
My approach was shaped by years exploring Tai Chi Chuan and Qigong — internal practices that taught me to listen to the body rather than impose on it. That thread runs through everything I do now.
I listen to the body and support its own ability to release tension, rather than forcing change.
A significant influence has been the Yuliani school of Osteothai — a bridge between classical Thai technique and Western osteopathic thinking. It's through that training that I'm now deepening my work at IFAO, the Institut für angewandte Osteopathie, in a five-year osteopathy program.
Before all this: over a decade in business, and time working as a yacht captain. I know what accumulated stress looks like in the body — and what it takes to release it.
